Spend the night…I mean, the year with Gigi & Pop! Join them in March 2013 upon the release of their fourth and latest album “Gigi & Pop: All Year Long!” as they embark on tour across the country starting in San Francisco, CA and returning to their home at The Slipper Room in New York City. Combining music, comedy and burlesque at stops along the way, they will be showcasing their newest collection of songs celebrating popular (and not so popular) holidays and seasonal events, as well as some of their popular classics!
Winners of the ”Best Variety” award from the Burlesque Hall of Fame in Las Vegas, Gigi & Pop are a duo (often trio when joined by Ken Zwerin on upright bass) that combines indie pop music with comedy, variety and a lounge-act sensibility. Their versatility has lent itself to a colorful range of performances from live music venues to international burlesque festivals. Armed with a ukulele, casio keyboard, drum machine, tap shoes and other toys, Gigi & Pop unapologetically combine original songs with occasional covers of classics ranging from Spike Jones to Ice-T to Bad Brains.

Anita is the charmingly inebriated burlesque star whose sparkling singing voice, dynamite shimmy and intoxicated wit have been called everything from "hilarious" (NYTheater.com) to "sizzling hot" (Go Magazine).
Originally hailing from the tan line-free shores of the Pacific, she took the stages of New York by storm and could be seen every night knocking audiences out of their chairs around the city, and across the continent from Key West to Toronto.
A Golden Pastie Award winner at the New York Burlesque Festival, Anita is also one-third of the quirky music trio Gigi & Pop, winners of the first-ever "Best Variety Act" trophy at the Burlesque Hall of Fame Pageant 2009 in Las Vegas. As a producer, she's created boozier, more naked versions of classic game shows and talk shows, and is one of the team behind "Dangerous Curves Ahead: Burlesque On The Go-Go" with whom she's done three coast-to-coast national tours and even performed in Alaska!
